- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream- homemade
- Chopped nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1 tablespoon tutti frutti or candied fruits
- A few strands of saffron (optional, for garnish)
- Cherry or mango slices (for garnish)
Method:
- Prepare the Mango Milkshake: In a blender, combine the diced mango, chilled milk, and cardamom powder (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Mango Mastani: Take a tall glass and pour the mango milkshake into it, leaving some space at the top.
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the milkshake.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts and tutti frutti/candied fruits over the ice cream.
- Optionally, garnish with a few strands of saffron for a luxurious touch.
- Place a cherry or a slice of mango on the edge of the glass for decoration.
