Ingredients:
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
400 mL water
A squeeze of fresh lemon
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
How to prepare:
Simmer ginger, ajwain, and jeera in water until it reduces to half. Strain, mix in lemon juice and pink salt, and sip it warm.
