INGREDIENTS:
- Crushed ginger: 1/2 inch piece
- Ajwain (carom seeds): 1/2 teaspoon
- Jeera (cumin seeds): 1/2 teaspoon
- Water 200 ml
- Salt
- Lime juice
METHOD:
- Add crushed ginger, ajwain, and jeera to 200 ml of water in a pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of lime juice.
- Stir well and enjoy warm for soothing relief.
